Important Update: Anthem Blue Cross Insurance

We want to inform our patients that as of January 2026, our office will no longer be in-network with Anthem Blue Cross. This decision was not made lightly, and we want to be transparent about why this change is happening.

Over time, we’ve experienced increasing challenges with Anthem, including:

  • Lack of transparency in coverage amounts and benefits

  • Limited coverage access due to Anthem’s partnerships with more restricted provider networks

  • Ongoing communication issues between their claims and eligibility departments, which often delay or complicate patient billing and reimbursement


Our goal has always been to provide clear, high-quality care without administrative confusion or surprise costs. Unfortunately, continuing in-network participation with Anthem no longer allows us to do that effectively.

What this means for our Anthem patients:

  • Visits will now be considered out-of-network, and payment will be due at the time of service.

  • The rate for visits will be $50 per visit.

  • We are happy to provide a superbill that you can submit directly to Anthem for possible reimbursement, depending on your individual plan.
